I’m sending this announcement a week ahead since I know many people may be away from email during the holidays. Please consider joining me for the Universal Worship Service on Dec. 29 (details below). It is the last service I have scheduled, and I’m debating about how to proceed for next year. If you have any strong feelings, one way or the other, I hope you will let me know. And I hope to see you on the 29th.

6:00 PMThe next Universal Worship Service will be conducted Sunday evening, Dec. 29, beginning at 6:00 at the Unitarian Universalist Society of Iowa City.
The Universal Worship Service is a religious ceremony honoring the spiritual traditions of the world through scripture readings and lighting candles.
The theme of this Sunday’s service will be “The Divine Messenger.”
